I am VERY VERY OLD
The following things happened today:
- I got confused by the new Twitter interface.
- I got angry at the new Twitter interface.
- I helped a friend that I grew up with brainstorm ways to engage a teenager academically.
- I had to ask young people why anyone cares about that singer that has pretty hair and was on SNL a few weeks ago, because I honestly don’t understand what the fuss is about.
- I used the term “young people.”
- I went to bed at midnight last night (which sort of counts for today).
- I am probably going to have a sensible salad for dinner and watch a boring movie about politics.
- I got a lot of work done for day job — which is the norm, but I just wanted to add it because I’ve been having tech issues all week.
I would say this makes me middle-aged, but the world is ending in December so I was technically middle-aged at 17. *sigh*
