A man fled after stealing 13 steaks from Pick ‘n Save, 12375 W. Capitol Drive, just before 1 a.m. May 27.
A group of teenagers were reported running around a car naked, playing a game called “paranoia,” in the 1000 block of Silver Mist Court the night of May 24. Parents of two the teens were notified.
A homeowner in the 2800 block of Cambridge Circle reported a large quantity of alcohol was taken from an open garage sometime overnight May 13. The garage door was apparently left open by a contractor. No arrests or suspect information was part of the report.
A resident of the 1200 block of Manistique Avenue reported that someone had defecated on a rock in her front yard May 26.
The Department of Public Works reported a street name sign was taken from South 69th Street at 7:45 p.m. May 23.
51-year-old Menomonee Falls man was issued a citation for animal at large after police received a call from a resident who reported a neighbor’s peacock was on her property in the N56 W18900 block of Silver Spring Drive at 9:30 a.m. May 10. An officer attempted to capture the animal but was unsuccessful. The owner of the peacock was cited due to multiple calls/infractions in the past.
